Login with your account or create a new account by clicking the icon in the top right corner (if you need help to create a new account, check out the section called “how do I create an account”)
From the Shop section, add the items you are planning to purchase to your shopping cart
If you have a Purchase Order number that needs to be included in the invoice and shipping documents, add that information into the box “Purchase Order Number (if required):” on the bottom left part of the shopping cart window. Otherwise, if you don't have a purchase order number you want to use, you can leave that field blank.
When ready, click the green “Checkout” button in the bottom right corner
Check if the shipping address is correct or update it as needed
If you have any discount code you would like to use, please do so by adding it in the box on the right side of the screen, below the list of the items to be purchased
Then, click the green “Continue to shipping” button
Here you will have a summary of your order and you will be able to see shipping charges and taxes, if applicable, as well as the total of your order
If everything looks good, click the green “Continue to payment” button
Here you can choose to pay your order right away with credit card or according to our Net 30 days Terms
Is the billing address the same of the shipping address? If not, you can add the billing address here by selecting “Use a different billing address” and filling out the information requested. Please note that if the PO is issued by your School District, make sure to fill out the correct shipping and billing address matching the information shown on your PO.
For faster checkout, select the box “Save my information for a faster checkout”
Whenever you're ready, click the green button to submit your order
You will receive an email confirmation with your order #
You will then receive another email with tracking information as soon as the order has shipped
After placing your order online, you can email a copy of your PO, if you have one, to support@colibriusa.com and please mention that the PO has already been placed online to avoid for the order to be processed twice.
